I have sold a property at 102 80 Rougeau Garden DR in Winnipeg.
Rougeau Garden Condominiums is situated on a 2.57 acre site in the Kildonan/Transcona ares of Winnipeg.  The project will be comprised of three, 2 storey, 7-unit buildings which overlook a City of Winnipeg naturalization green space, Elysian Field.
