There are several things to ensure you have in place either right after conditions are met and throughout the time time before possession. 

Picking a Real Estate lawyer is the first thing. We discuss that in a video HERE.  Although the lawyer you chose typically doesn't meet with you until 7-10 days prior to possession, it's important to have one in place so you are not scrambling trying to get paperwork and in their schedule last minute. 

Home Insurance. Get several quotes early so you can choose a provider as you will need to have in place on the date of possession. You can not assume the sellers insurance. The insurer will probably need some information to provide a quote which your Realtor can get for you.

Book Movers... Or Friends. The Archambault Team provides a moving truck at no charge when you use us. Make sure you advise us of the day to make sure it is available. Or if you prefer get quotes to hire professional movers.
